Between the three TVs and the giant Lovesac in the game loft, smart TVs in every room, board games, and the wet bar (for the grown-ups), nobody gets cabin fever here — even on a full-blown snow day. And when the sun’s out, Bristlecone Park right across the street becomes an instant sledding and snowball zone you can watch from the patio, cocoa or cocktail in hand.

With on-site snow removal, you arrive, park, and start your ski day — no shoveling required.

The Perfect location

You’re a short walk from Giant Steps Lodge — chair lifts, a full bar and restaurant, and the base of the mountain. Ski shops, a coffee stop, restaurants, and the general store are all right there, so you can leave the car parked all week and get around on foot in your snow boots. Need a night out? Cedar City is 30 minutes away, with great restaurants, bars, and the Cedar City Museum of Art. It’s like Park City — without the traffic, the crowds, or the attitude.

All spa features are conveniently located indoors on the second floor near the bedrooms—so comfort and warmth are always just a few steps away. It’s your own personal wellness retreat, right at home.

THE RULES: HAVE FUN!

We only want to share this space with people equally committed to caring for it while they enjoy it! It is not a party-pad. No smoking (of anything) on property. No pets. We love dogs but even the best behaved Beverly Hills Chihuahua is prone to accidents when left at home all day. There is no yard.
